We offer our sincere condolences to the family of Dr. William Langford Tew.

After a long, rich life and fulfilling career in medicine, Dr. Tew died at home, in his 90th year, on Thursday, June 28, 2018, following a short illness. Beloved husband of Anne; cherished only son of the late Dr. William Pelton Tew and Mrs. Vivian Tew of London. Dearly loved father and best friend of Michael and Barbara Tew; beloved Grandpa of Brian and Kerri Beth Tew, Jennifer Tew Gates, and Steven Tew; and fun-loving Great-Grandpa of Grace, Mason, Charlie, and Paxton, all of Tennessee. Predeceased by a son in infancy. Sadly mourned by the Bambury, Popovich, and Allen families. Survived by his daughter Linda Mara and her husband Steve, of London.

In accordance with Bill’s wishes, a private family service has taken place.
